# LLMSlim + Zoho

> Bounded, read-only CRM and WorkDrive context for planning.

ZohoCRMContextSource and ZohoWorkDriveContextSource retrieve explicitly authorized business context through field allowlists and result limits. Returned data remains untrusted RAG provenance and cannot promote itself into trusted instructions.

Category: Backend Services

## Install

```bash
pip install 'llmslim[zoho]'
```

## How it fits

- Your application completes Zoho OAuth server-side.
- A bounded source retrieves allowlisted CRM or WorkDrive data.
- Records become untrusted ContextItems with source metadata.
- The Adaptive Context Planner decides what fits the model budget.

## Example

```python
from llmslim.context import collect_context_sources
from llmslim.integrations.zoho import ZohoCRMContextSource
source = ZohoCRMContextSource(
    access_token=server_side_token,
    modules=("Deals",),
    field_allowlists={"Deals": ("Deal_Name", "Stage", "Closing_Date")},
)
result = await collect_context_sources((source,), "Acme renewal", limit_per_source=5)
# result.items remain untrusted RAG context for plan_context().
```

## Deployment

Keep OAuth credentials and refresh logic in the host. Use exact data-center domains, least-privilege scopes, field allowlists, tenant-specific redaction, and small record limits.

## Tips

- Fetch only the module and fields needed for the current task.
- Do not let CRM metadata set SYSTEM or DEVELOPER provenance.
- Keep WorkDrive content loading explicit and authorization-aware.

## FAQ

### Does LLMSlim write to Zoho?

No. The v0.6 sources are read-only context adapters.

### Does Zoho content become trusted?

No. CRM and WorkDrive data defaults to untrusted retrieval provenance.

## Troubleshooting

- **A field is missing:** Add it to the module field allowlist only after reviewing its sensitivity and OAuth scope.
